Great unit but larger than I expected
This is a great unit but it larger than I expected. If you have a small bedroom or office, it may look a bit imposing.

excellent after initial problem
I was initially very disappointed after purchasing a factory refurbished 402 unit. It was very noisy which surprised me after what I had read online.
